Job summary

Acquia in Boston, MA seeks a Senior Director to own Technology Alliance Partnerships end to end. You will shape the TAP strategy, recruit and land key integrations, and drive co-sell and GTM motions with major partners like AWS, Salesforce, and HubSpot.

You will build and lead a team of alliance managers, partner across Product, Marketing and Sales, and develop scalable OEM models while remaining hands-on in shaping partnerships that extend the Acquia platform.

Qualifications

• Must have senior-level experience in technology partnerships.
• Experience with OEM, ISV, DAM, CMS ecosystems and DXP is ideal.
• Strong leadership with ability to collaborate across Product, Marketing and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Technology Alliance Partner strategy across partner types.
• Manage Acquia’s strategic technology partnerships and joint planning.
• Own the AWS partnership including co-sell and marketplace alignment.
• Build and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners to generate leads.
• Identify, recruit, and launch new technology partners from evaluation to GTM.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of alliance managers.
