Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years, or MS with 5+ years in pharma project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and governance readiness.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Starting up or managing the research-based development subteams.
• Help manage teams presenting their molecule at governance meetings for clinical development.
• Experience with cross-functional project teams to build and develop the team, diagnose health and take action.
• Organize cross-functional project teams, define objectives, scope, milestones, and schedules; identify resources and risks.
• Manage multiple cross-functional tasks simultaneously.
• Handle 7+ years of experience in pharma as a functional area scientist or project manager.
