Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating research subteams, supporting governance discussions for clinical development, and driving cross-functional project plans to ensure timely progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in pharmaceutical industry or PM.
• MS degree with 5+ years in relevant pharma field.
• Direct drug development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Start up or manage research-based development subteams.
• Assist teams presenting molecules at governance meetings for clinical development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to build the team and address health issues.
• Organize cross-functional project teams, define objectives, scope, milestones, and schedules.
• Manage multiple cross-functional tasks simultaneously.
