Qualifications

• 10+ years in drug discovery project leadership in industry.
• Strong background in medicinal chemistry, biology or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and global client programs.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to define requirements and design discovery proposals.
• Drive progress across sites to meet data milestones and client expectations.
• Interpret data to support rapid decision making and risk mitigation.
• Maintain project management documents, trackers and timelines.
• Develop and manage resourcing and budgets for client programs.
• Communicate status to management and clients through milestones and reports.
