Responsibilities

  • Starting up or managing the research-based development subteams.
  • Help manage teams presenting their molecule at governance meetings for clinical development.
  • Experience with cross-functional project teams to build and develop the team, diagnose health and take action.
  • Organize cross-functional project teams, define objectives, scope, milestones, and schedules; identify resources and risks.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional tasks simultaneously.
  • Handle 7+ years of experience in pharma as a functional area scientist or project manager.

  • Experience and ability in successfully managing multiple cross-functional tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years, MS degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, which includes experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a functional area scientist or project manager.
Knowledge, Experience And Skills
  • Direct experience or strong foundation in drug development process is preferred.
  • Experience should include participation in cross-functional project team activities.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, high technical competence and process-oriented.
  • Clear and effective communication.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams) and Zoom.
