Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Senior/Associate Director-level Program Manager to lead integrated plans for early development programs and manage partnered governance with external teams.

You will work with Research, Translational Sciences, DMPK, CMC, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Biostats to create timelines, dependencies, and decision logs, while ensuring clear accountability and timely follow-through across functions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of project or program management in biotech/pharma/CRO.
• Ability to translate scientific input into realistic timelines and dependencies.
• Strong meeting facilitation with cross-functional teams.
• Clear, data-driven communication to leadership.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated project plans for early development programs.
• Manage day-to-day governance with external partners and keep records.
• Map program dependencies, critical path, and resourcing implications.
• Coordinate across Research, Translational Sciences, DMPK, CMC, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Biostats.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Track risks, issues, and contingency plans with leadership.
