• Master’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or related technical field; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience in biotech/pharmaceutical or CRO settings.
• Ability to build and manage integrated project plans and translate scientific input into realistic timelines and dependencies.
• Strong meeting facilitation skills with a track record of driving cross-functional groups to clear decisions.
• Good judgment in weighing downstream effects of program changes and explaining trade-offs to leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work with scientists, leads, and senior leadership.
• Comfortable building relationships and delivering results without formal authority; highly organized with multi-program juggling capability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated project plans for assigned programs, including timelines, milestones, resourcing, and dependencies.
• Estimate durations with functional leads and translate into program-level dependencies and critical path.
• Coordinate work across multiple functions to align plans with the program.
• Flag impact of scope/timing/resource changes for leadership and next steps.
• Facilitate project team meetings and maintain a decision log with documented outcomes.
• Run governance and subteams with external partner, preparing agendas and tracking action items.
• Provide meeting materials and maintain a shared repository separating current cycle from archive.
• Draft minutes, assign owners, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
