Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience drafting and negotiating clinical research agreements in a hospital or academic setting.
• Ability to review, negotiate, and manage agreements to ensure compliance with HIPAA, Uniform Guidance, and hospital policies.
• Strong communication with physicians, staff and external sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex industry-funded and other agreements.
• Develop and implement contracting policies and guidance for industry-sponsored research.
• Advise hospital staff during negotiation and execution; educate stakeholders and update webpages as needed.
