Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience drafting and negotiating clinical research contracts in a hospital or academic setting; JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate sponsored research contracts and related agreements.
• Advise researchers and departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement policies and guidance for industry-sponsored research engagement.
