The role involves year-round engagement with corporate partners, travel up to 20% within the US, and building revenue, sponsorships, and collaborations. You will articulate the hospital's mission to for-profit audiences, set goals, develop account plans, capture data, and coordinate events.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Science is required; healthcare focus preferred.
• 5–7 years experience, preferably in for-profit or consulting to for-profit.
• Strong relationship management and revenue forecasting aligned with company needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and MS Teams.
• Familiarity with intellectual property basics and consultative selling.

Aufgaben

• Articulate LCH mission and value to for-profit audiences through presentations and conversations.
• Set measurable goals for relationship management and corporate revenue forecasts.
• Develop resource ideas within partnerships, including collaborations and sponsorships.
• Collect and record campaign data, evaluate results, and propose improvements.
• Organize special projects and host events to support the corporate engagement team.
• Maintain consistent communication with corporate partners and provide strong relationship cultivation.
• Respond to partner questions and resolve issues promptly.
