You will oversee two Associates, Contract Services and drive workload planning, process improvements, and policy adherence in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification or similar education preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in contract review, drafting, negotiation and management, preferably in IT/healthcare.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proficiency with contract management systems and e-signature software; strong confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Review, draft, negotiate, and execute complex high-risk contracts.
• Supervise two Associates, Contract Services and manage workload distribution.
• Improve contract lifecycle processes and repository accuracy; support standardization.
• Provide guidance on contract terms to stakeholders and ensure compliance with policies.
• Generate reports for regulatory requirements and audits; monitor compliance.
