Job summary

Join KRA Corporation in Hamilton, OH as a RESEA Workforce Services Representative. You will coordinate and deliver RESEA workshops, guide participants in employment services, and manage IEP development to address barriers to employment.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with experience in government workforce programs, capable of organizing workshops and collaborating with OMJ Center Partners to remove barriers to reemployment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Three years’ government office support experience preferred.
• Past work as a Case Manager or Social Worker or equivalent title preferred.
• Knowledge of government-funded workforce development programs is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate RESEA workshop sessions including logistics and materials.
• Provide RESEA services: outreach, scheduling, attendance tracking in ARIES.
• Develop Individual Employment Plans (IEPs) for participants.
• Connect participants with community and OMJ Center Partner Agency support services.
