The candidate will field job seeker needs, coach for effective placement, document case notes, and ensure compliance with program requirements; a bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in case management or workforce development.
• Experience with data entry and data review on computer systems.
• Previous staffing and recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong communication, outreach, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Outreaches to potential program participants, explaining benefits and requirements.
• Connects participants with services to start a career with higher earnings potential.
• Triages customer needs and refers to other workforce programs.
• Facilitates program orientation virtually or in person.
• Schedules meetings with customers.
• Interviews job seekers to assess ongoing service needs and opportunities.
