Job summary

ADT, the #1 smart home security provider in the U.S., seeks a Resale Sales Representative to re-engage customers who already know ADT, delivering tailored security, automation, and life safety solutions to existing clients across designated territories.

You will present compelling proposals, follow up after installations, and identify new sales opportunities. The role offers uncapped commissions, training pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset; excels at uncovering new leads and closing deals.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder; able to consult with customers and guide to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; thrives in dynamic environments and learns new systems quickly.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers, shortening sales cycles.
• Provide personalized solutions combining security, automation, and life safety features.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals highlighting benefits.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads.
