ADT is seeking a Resale Sales Representative to re-engage customers who already know ADT and reintroduce modern security solutions for homes and businesses. You will leverage relationships to shorten sales cycles and drive conversions while building lasting partnerships.

You will present tailored security and automation options, follow up after installation, and generate referrals, while actively pursuing new leads to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset to uncover new leads and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers, to shorten sales cycles and boost conversions.
• Provide personalized security, automation, and life-safety solutions tailored to customers’ spaces and lifestyles.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals highlighting benefits over competitors.
• Conduct post-install follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
