ADT is seeking a Resale Sales Representative to reactivate interest with customers who already know ADT, leveraging a powerful head start to reintroduce modern security solutions.

You will engage existing accounts, present tailored security, automation, and life-safety options, and coordinate post-install follow-ups to secure referrals and new opportunities. This role offers uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, mileage reimbursement, and a path for growth within a nationwide team.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and tech-savvy, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives on uncovering new leads and closing deals.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized solutions that combine security, automation, and life safety features, all tailored to their space and lifestyle.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects, emphasizing the unique benefits and advantages of our products and services compared to competitors.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm that commitments were fulfilled and to generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
