Job summary

The Nashville Reserve by Oliver is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-ins/outs, and respond to questions during their stay. You will manage reservations and phone inquiries while maintaining a clean, organized front desk area and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelorly, flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required to join our Nashville team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor.
• Strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
• Hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs and manage guest requests.
