Job summary

The Guidance Center Inc is seeking a Representative Payee Coordinator to oversee the Representative Payee Program for RSS clients. You will maintain and process financial records with accuracy, ensuring compliance with Social Security rules and agency policies.

You will manage account openings/closings, reconcile monthly statements, and support Rapid Pay Card operations, coordinating with Case Management Programs to ensure smooth payee management.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business or Administrative.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and technology skills.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• General Representative Payee duties including bookkeeping and financial record processing.
• Prepare and maintain expenditure records and audit reports per policies.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements and maintain payee accounts.
• Coordinate with program staff and manage Rapid Pay Card processes.
