Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associates with 5 years of relevant experience considered.
• 3–5 years’ experience in program coordination of benefits, client financial services, or nonprofit accounting preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle; proficient with MS Office and financial platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of Residential Client Financial Services data, updating eligibility and benefit records.
• Develop tracking systems and renewal schedules for MA, SSA/SSI/SSP, SNAP, LIHEAP, HUD documentation, and related records.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, licensing, and funding requirements.
• Manage Representative Payee and Non-Representative Payee activities per SSA requirements.
• Process expenditure requests and coordinate with Finance to verify funds are available.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare SSA accounting reports.
• Coordinate HUD income verification, annual recertifications, and housing-related financial documentation.
• Serve as liaison between programs, housing, revenue operations, and external agencies.
