Caregiver, Inc. is seeking a Representative Payee to join our team in a full-time, in-office role in Fort Worth, TX. You will manage financial resources for the individuals we serve, ensuring compliance and peace of mind.

The role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and experience with payments, documentation, and coordinating with SSA/DHS for Medicaid/SSI benefits. We offer competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years administrative experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Typing speed 40 WPM and ten-key by touch required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email systems.
• Experience using office equipment such as copiers/scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue weekly and monthly allowance checks for individuals.
• Process payments to vendors on behalf of individuals by due dates.
• Maintain documentation for all consumer expenditures.
• Issue Room & Board, Applied Income, and Foster Care payments to the company.
• Track and collect Room & Board payments from payors.
• Record deposits and monitor trust fund balances.
• Reconcile receipts, checks, and credit card activity.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support individuals’ financial needs.
• Work with SSA and DHS to establish and maintain Medicaid and SSI benefits.
• Support additional finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
