Job summary

TitleMax in Phoenix, AZ seeks a bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help community members access financial solutions with exceptional service. You’ll engage with customers, perform transactions, and support growth through call campaigns and account management. Training and development are emphasized as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required or strongly preferred.
• Customer service experience is welcomed and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Provide personalized financial services and guidance to fit customers' needs.
• Enter and maintain customer information accurately in the POS system.
• Support daily call campaigns to generate new business.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments and scheduling appointments.
• Perform duties outside of the office as needed.
