Job summary

Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Phoenix, AZ seeks a bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist community members with financial solutions. You will engage customers, process transactions, and help with payments and scheduling while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required to connect with customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for daily use.
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet physical demands in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Participate in on-site store duties and community events.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain security procedures including vault and cash drawer as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes.
• Work a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends (40 hours/week).
