Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist customers with financial services, transactions and payments in a fast-paced store environment.

The role offers on-the-job training, development, and opportunities to move across eleven brands nationwide. A solid customer service foundation is valued, with emphasis on accuracy and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in customer service or retail preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) may be required for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial services and transactions.
• Evaluate and process basic transactions and payments.
• Conduct on-site marketing and community events.
• Maintain POS accuracy and customer records.
• Support and coach fellow Customer Service Representatives.
