Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service through the full loan or pawn cycle, educate customers, and build relationships.

You will handle payments, appointments, and in-store events, meet performance standards, maintain data accuracy, and comply with laws, with a 40-hour weekly schedule that may require occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for daily use.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full loan or pawn cycle by educating consumers and making recommendations based on their financial needs.
• Assist in customer account management by accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
• Work to meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in in-store and community events.
• Develop customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and foster brand loyalty.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals accurately using the assessment tool.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the Point-of-Sale system with accuracy.
• Uphold compliance with Company policies and laws.
• Maintain office security procedures, including vault, cash drawer, and deposits.
• Communicate effectively with customers and Team Members at all levels.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule (40 hours/week) with limited Saturday hours.
