The Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative in Laredo, TX. You will help customers access short-term financial solutions, handle transactions, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, conducting daily call campaigns, and supporting on-site store operations. A 40-hour, in-person schedule is typical, with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS system and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Physical ability to handle the demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments.
