Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative in Copperas Cove, TX. You will help customers access financial solutions, process payments, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced store environment.

We offer comprehensive training, development, and extensive benefits as part of a growing nationwide family of brands. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring weekend availability and strong attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual Spanish/English required for customer interactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication and professional demeanor.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with phones, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be 18+ (19+ in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for daily use.

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process transactions with accuracy.
• Offer personalized financial services and assist with payments and account management.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the POS system.
• Work full-time, including weekends, in-person attendance.
