Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative in San Antonio, TX. You will help customers access short-term financial services, process transactions, and maintain relationships in a fast-paced store environment.

Full-time role requiring attendance, weekend availability, and a commitment to accurate data entry. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth across the brand family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions and inquiries.
• Enter customer information accurately into POS and systems.
• Support check cashing, money transfer, and payments on site.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to drive repeat business.
• Maintain store appearance and follow security procedures.
