Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and education on our products.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, using U-Scan technology, moving equipment, and performing safety checks. The role offers on-the-job education and opportunities for advancement in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Ability to move and inspect equipment and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment, answer questions, prepare invoices, and assist with returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; fill propane; drive a forklift (certifications offered).
