Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan tech, and ensure equipment is clean and inspected. The role includes lifting equipment, installing hitches, and participating in ongoing U-Haul education.

The position emphasizes safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork within a supportive environment. Medical benefits and holiday pay may be included where eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
