Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of its service team, helping customers with equipment, rentals, and questions both inside and outside a U-Haul center.

You will use smartphone-based U-Scan tech, inspect and maintain equipment, and support a fast-paced, safety-conscious workplace while providing accurate invoices and guidance. Training is provided, and on-the-job education is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
