Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team and be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan technology, and help with equipment inspection and move/hook operations.

The role requires strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with safety considerations. Training provided, interviews scheduled on-site.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist customers with products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and educate customers about offerings.
