The role requires 2+ years in repossession, collections, or auto remarketing, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook. On-site, full-time with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of repossession, collections, or auto remarketing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication for vendor relations and asset sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with remarketing platforms (RDN, Manheim).

Responsibilities

• Vendor management: liaising between companies and repossession agents to secure assets.
• Remarketing: manage sale of repossessed inventory through wholesale auctions to maximize returns.
• Compliance monitoring: ensure repossession agents comply with laws and policies.
• Reporting: track asset performance and prepare condition reports.
• Regulatory compliance: understanding of state/federal repossession laws, UCC, CFPB expectations.
• Logistics: manage transportation and auction processes for vehicles.
