The role involves analyzing contracts for collectability and coordinating nationwide recovery efforts. Ideal candidates will have a related degree or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in collections and 1+ year in asset management, with strong communication, organization, and self-motivation.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of collection experience preferred.
• One year of asset management experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, both verbally and written.
• Well organized; self-motivated.

Aufgaben

• Minimize loss through negotiations and repossession of assets.
• Analyze contracts transferred to Recovery for collectability and feasibility of remedies.
• Negotiate repayment terms within approved authority guidelines.
• Coordinate nationwide repossession and remarketing of equipment when feasible or determine when to abandon.
• Follow up on recovery of equipment through bankruptcies.
• Transfer contracts to internal legal department when appropriate.
• Update problem loan statuses monthly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
