Whip, Inc. is seeking a driven Repossession & Collections Coordinator to keep our rentals on track and protect assets. You’ll track overdue accounts, locate hard-to-reach renters, and coordinate vehicle recovery when needed, thriving in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in repossession, collections, skip tracing, asset recovery.
• Proven history of recovering assets or resolving delinquent accounts.
• Hands-on experience with GPS vehicle tracking systems and related tech.
• Able to navigate difficult conversations and secure outcomes.
• Familiarity with state repossession laws and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the late rental pipeline, identify overdue accounts and secure options.
• Locate hard-to-reach renters and coordinate vehicle recoveries as needed.
• Coordinate with on-site staff and tow providers for repossessions.
• Track locations of late vehicles and manage access to vehicles.
• Maintain meticulous records of communications and actions in the system.
• Prevent vehicle abandonment and report risks to management.
