Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in repossession, collections, or auto remarketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication for vendor relationships and asset sales.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: liaising between companies and repossession agents to secure assets.
• Remarketing: manage sale of repossessed inventory via wholesale auctions to maximize returns.
• Compliance Monitoring: ensure agents comply with laws and company policies.
• Reporting: track asset performance and prepare condition reports.
• Regulatory Compliance: understand state/federal repossession laws, UCC, CFPB expectations.
• Logistics: manage transportation and auction processes for vehicles.
• Must be able to work additional hours as needed, including occasional late nights and Saturdays.
