Job summary

Veros Credit, LLC is hiring an Asset Recovery Specialist to locate obligors and collateral for delinquent auto loan accounts. You will manage repossession workflows, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with agencies to protect recovery value while ensuring regulatory compliance.

3+ years in skip tracing and repossession, strong knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, SCRA, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in skip tracing and repossession management, preferably in auto finance.
• Proficiency with skip trace databases and LPR platforms.
• Knowledge of repossession regulations including FDCPA, FCRA, and SCRA.

Responsibilities

• Locate obligors and collateral for delinquent auto loan accounts.
• Manage repossession workflow from assignment to disposition.
• Negotiate settlements and structure payment plans.
• Coordinate with repossession agencies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Document activity in servicing system and track performance.
