Qualifications

• 5–7 years of collections experience.
• 5–7 years of repossession experience.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication with members, partners, and vendors; knowledge of lending regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to members with delinquent accounts eligible for repossession.
• Coordinate repossession and remarketing activities with partners and vendors.
• Complete required account reviews, letters, scrubs, and other steps in repossession processes.
• Monitor inventory and account status; escalate issues to proper partners.
• Communicate and collaborate to resolve workflow issues and keep activities moving.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable lending regulations and Oportun policies.
