Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage in-house repair jobs in Zuper and NetSuite.
• Perform weekly and monthly repair audits.
• Prepare and process service quotes in NetSuite.
• Coordinate with Accounting on rental write-offs.
• Submit warranty requests for non-radio equipment.
• Complete service billing for Northern California.
