• Prior experience in industrial equipment repair, maintenance coordination, or a related field is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or an associate degree in a mechanical or engineering-related discipline is an advantage.

Role Description

The Repair Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This position is responsible for coordinating pump repair orders from intake through completion, including scheduling work, preparing job packages, and tracking repair status. The Repair Coordinator communicates with customers, technicians, and project managers to clarify job requirements, timelines, and costs, and ensures accurate documentation of inspections, work performed, and quality checks. Daily tasks include reviewing work scopes, organizing parts and materials, updating internal systems, monitoring progress against deadlines, and supporting adherence to safety and quality standards. The role works closely with the service team to resolve issues, prioritize urgent repairs, and support a smooth and efficient workflow in the repair facility.
