Beacon Hill is seeking a Repair Coordinator to support shop operations, coordinate repair jobs, and communicate with customers and technicians. You will document work orders, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery with quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience in repair coordination or industrial settings, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and job-tracking systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in repair shop, service coordination, or industrial setting is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable interacting with technicians, customers, and vendors.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and job tracking systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate repair jobs from intake to completion.
• Be primary contact for customers on status, estimates, and schedules.
• Create, manage, and update work orders and documentation.
• Communicate findings and scope of work to customers.
• Assist with preparing estimates and approvals.
• Schedule and prioritize work to meet commitments and shop capacity.
• Work with vendors for procurement.
• Proactively communicate delays or scope changes.
• Ensure quality and documentation before release.
• Maintain records in shop management systems.
• Support safety, quality, and operational standards.
