Job summary

Statewide Roofing is seeking a Customer Service Operations Coordinator to support the Service Department by accurately managing data, administering systems, and processing work orders. This on-site, full-time role in San Jose, CA focuses on maintaining service records, generating reports, handling billing and workflow, and ensuring data integrity across company platforms.

Construction or roofing/service industry experience is preferred; you must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable

Qualifications

• Two+ years in administrative, operations, or data entry roles.
• Proficient with cloud-based business software and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong typing, data accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or scheduling software preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Construction, roofing, facilities maintenance, or service industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain service work orders in company software.
• Maintain customer, property, and service data across databases.
• Process and track warranty requests, maintenance agreements, and customer records.
• Monitor open work orders and support workflow accountability.
• Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
