Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator in Fairfield Service Hub-RAND. The role offers an hourly pay rate of $18.00 and a schedule of 40 hours per week. You will coordinate with the repair technician, resolve customer issues, and ensure warranty guidelines are followed.

The position requires strong listening skills, ability to work independently or in a team, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work day, night and weekend hours.
• Prior call center experience and prior dispatcher experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & communicate with repair technician.
• Work independently to resolve customer service issues.
• Adhere to proper Warranty and protection guidelines.
• Serve as liaison between customers and the repair technician.
• Complete reports and other tasks/assignments as required.
