Job summary

A leading furniture retailer in Manchester, CT is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to support repair technicians and resolve customer issues. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must have a high school diploma and be available for flexible hours including nights and weekends. This is a drug and smoke-free workplace.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate & communicate with repair technician.
• Work independently to resolve customer service issues.
• Adhere to proper Warranty and protection guidelines.
• Serve as liaison between customers and the repair technician.
• Complete reports and other tasks/assignments as required.
• Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.

• Prior call center experience and prior dispatcher experience is preferable.

• Able to work day, night and weekend hours
