Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a dedicated dispatcher to coordinate with repair technicians and resolve customer service issues. The role involves acting as a liaison between customers and technicians, completing reports, and adhering to warranty guidelines.

Excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. This on-site position requires availability for day, night, and weekend hours and offers comprehensive benefits to support associates’
