Qualifications

• 3+ years in outside sales or related building products fields.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and grow sales.
• Experience delivering customer training and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with specialty dealers and contractors in the territory.
• Serve as field representative and trusted advisor, delivering responsive support.
• Drive growth by increasing product adoption, market share, and revenue.
• Partner with distributor teams to conduct joint sales calls and initiatives.
• Provide consultative support by identifying growth opportunities and action plans.
• Deliver sales and in-home selling trainings to enhance product knowledge.
• Plan educational events, plant tours, trade shows, and market development activities.
• Work with contractors to improve product confidence and installation quality.
• Lead territory growth initiatives and customer engagement efforts.
• Maintain market presence and share strategic growth feedback with leadership.
