Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Business Development Manager – Repair & Remodel to develop and execute market strategies that engage national and regional dealers and contractors, driving conversion and expanding market share across the Southeast US.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Accounts, you will travel up to 70% and collaborate with account managers to grow brand presence for Therma-Tru, Fiberon, and other brands within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales, building products, remodeling or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop strong customer relationships and drive sales growth.
• Experience delivering customer training and presentations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and functions to achieve shared objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with specialty dealers and remodelers.
• Serve as primary field representative and trusted advisor for customers.
• Drive sales growth and expand market share in Southeast US.
• Partner with distributor sales teams for joint sales calls and growth initiatives.
• Provide consultative business support to customers and develop action plans.
• Deliver product, sales and in-home selling training programs.
• Plan and support educational events, plant tours, trade shows and home shows to generate demand.
• Work with contractors to improve product confidence and satisfaction.
• Lead territory growth initiatives and market penetration activities.
• Provide ongoing insights to support strategic growth opportunities.
