Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Outdoors, is seeking a Business Development Manager – Repair & Remodel to develop market strategies and engage dealers and contractors across the Southeast U.S., including Florida, Georgia, NC, SC, PA, and DC Metro.

This role requires up to 70% travel, autonomy, and collaboration with strategic accounts and territory managers to grow market share and deliver strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outside sales, channel sales, contractor sales, building products, remodeling, construction or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop strong customer relationships and drive sales growth.
• Experience delivering customer training and presentations.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with specialty dealers and contractors in the territory.
• Serve as primary field representative and trusted advisor to customers.
• Drive sales growth by increasing product adoption and market share.
• Partner with distributor sales teams on joint calls and initiatives.
• Provide consultative support and develop action plans with customers.
• Deliver product and selling training to customers.
• Plan educational events and market development activities.
