Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, a leading home and outdoor brands company, seeks a Business Development Manager – Repair & Remodel to drive growth in the Southeast US. You will engage contractors, remodelers, and key dealers, expanding market share across Therma-Tru and other brands.

You’ll report to the Director of Strategic Accounts, travel up to 70%, and lead initiatives to boost product adoption and customer satisfaction. Competitive base salary with bonus opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

3+ years of outside sales or related industry experience.
Proven ability to develop customer relationships and drive sales.
Experience delivering customer training and presentations.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with specialty dealers and remodeling contractors.
Serve as field representative and trusted advisor, delivering responsive support.
Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and market share.
Partner with distributor sales teams for joint calls and growth initiatives.
Provide consultative business support to customers.
Deliver product and sales training programs.
Plan educational events, plant tours, trade shows, and market development activities.
Work with contractors to improve installation confidence and satisfaction.
Lead territory growth initiatives and increase market penetration.
Provide insights to support strategic growth opportunities.
