Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Business Development Manager – Repair & Remodel to drive market strategies and sales across the Southeast US. You will engage dealers and contractors, deliver training, and collaborate with account and territory teams to expand market share for Therma-Tru, Fiberon, and other brands.

Expect up to 70% travel with autonomy to develop growth initiatives, events, and partnerships.

Qualifications

3+ years of outside sales or channel sales experience in building products/remodeling
Proven ability to develop customer relationships and drive sales growth
Experience delivering customer training and presentations
Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel extensively within the territory
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with specialty dealers, remodeling contractors, installers, and key accounts in the territory
Serve as field representative and trusted advisor, delivering excellent support
Drive sales growth and market share for R&R across brands in Southeast US
Partner with distributor sales teams for joint calls and growth initiatives
Provide consultative business support, growth opportunities, and contractor loyalty
