Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Business Development Manager – Repair & Remodel to develop market strategies and engage national and regional dealers and contractors in the Southeast US. You will drive conversions and expand market share across Therma-Tru and other brands, reporting to the Director of Strategic Accounts.

This role requires autonomy with up to 70% travel, strong relationship-building, and the ability to coordinate with territory managers and distributors to accelerate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales or contractor sales experience.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with specialty dealers and remodeling contractors.
• Act as primary field representative and trusted advisor to customers.
• Drive sales growth and increase market share in the Southeast US.
• Collaborate with distributor sales teams on joint calls and initiatives.
• Provide consultative business support and develop action plans.
• Deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
• Plan events and activities to generate demand and leads.
• Improve product confidence and installation capabilities on-site.
• Lead growth initiatives and provide market insights to support strategy.
